How much does it cost?

Our standard rate is a reasonable $325 which is inclusive of GST and strata manager's fees.

Strata inspection reports carried out at Nelson Bay, Singleton or Muswellbrook are charged out at a higher rate so please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss these rates.

We also have contacts in other areas throughout NSW not covered by our 4 businesses and can provide a referral point most of the time to assist you in obtaining a strata inspection report within your timeframes.
